Major cities: 2–5 working days
Outlying areas: 3–7 working days
Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier backlogs.

The product is unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition (for change‑of‑mind returns).

Clearance or “final sale” items (if applicable).
Hygiene‑sensitive items (earphones, wearables) that have been opened, unless faulty.

Approved returns must be sent back using a courier service.
Return shipping for change‑of‑mind returns is at the buyer’s cost.
Return shipping for faulty/incorrect items is covered by us.
4. Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Replacements are shipped within 2–4 business days, depending on stock availability.
If the item is found to be not faulty, a handling fee may apply.
