Shipping fees vary based on location and product size/weight.

Cape Town: 1–3 working days

Major cities: 2–5 working days

Outlying areas: 3–7 working days

Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier backlogs.

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

5. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient, re-delivery fees may apply.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if:

The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as advertised.

The product received is incorrect or not the item you ordered.

The product is unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition (for change‑of‑mind returns).

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned:

Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

Clearance or “final sale” items (if applicable).

Hygiene‑sensitive items (earphones, wearables) that have been opened, unless faulty.

3. Return Process
To request a return:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

Provide photos/videos if the item is faulty or damaged.

We will review your request and confirm whether the item qualifies for return.

Approved returns must be sent back using a courier service.

Return shipping for change‑of‑mind returns is at the buyer’s cost.

Return shipping for faulty/incorrect items is covered by us.

4. Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Replacements are shipped within 2–4 business days, depending on stock availability.

If the item is found to be not faulty, a handling fee may apply.

5. Warranty
Selected products include a 30‑day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
