1. Eligibility
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused
Original packaging is intact
All accessories are included
Proof of purchase is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
Earphones/headphones (for hygiene reasons)

Clearance or sale items
Damaged items caused by misuse

Provide photos/videos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability
4. Exchange Process
Customer is responsible for return courier fees unless the item was defective or incorrect
Once inspected, we will approve or decline the exchange
Exchanges depend on stock availability
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed via EFT within 3–7 working days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
